http://www.kentonline.co.uk/dartford/news/2000-reward-in-search-for-158054/
A desperate dog owner is offering a £2,000 reward as the search for his beloved pet enters its second week.
Jim Effeny believes 18-month-old English bull terrier Bow could be in Gravesend or Dartford after running off during a walk.
The 39-year-old, from Thurrock, last saw her in Belhus Country Park, Essex, at 11am on Saturday, December 30.

OMG...poor mite..know where that is..not far from where i work..and used to live...just been talking about dogs running off on our walk this afternoon...how they can be so focused one minute...then something distracts them....and they are gone...Phoebe would be the same...that is why we do not let her off...oh I so feel for the guy as you wonder what has happened to them and where they are...a few months ago a woman lost her 2 highland terriers...I did post this...they ran off when her husband had them out on a walk while she was in hospital...they were both tagged and chipped...but not been found...very sad... I would like to think that someone would hand Bow over if they have her as im sure if they have come to harm the owner woud be notified if they are chipped...I do hope she re surfaces....its such a worry

I walked Lucy at Belhus quite a few years ago - I was over that way for some Bullie event - she showed me up dancing on the end of her lead to get to a swan
I do hope he finds Bow soon though
she's only young

Yes...a worry.. still no sign if her..someone must have her..just hope wherever she is she is safe..and if someone does have her they have the heart and the decency to give her up!!!

I followed this on facebook too! Only I don't go on it that often it was on the absolute bull terriers facebook page - have to say on this occasion you have to commend social media as if 'the woman on the train' hadn't spotted Bow he might not have been found - I was beginning to think the worst to be honest...
