Rescuer of a Hairy Child -Buster
« on: November 04, 2014, 07:01:56 pm »
Hi ,
My bully was a rescue of 10 months of age  from manchester  and now has reached the dizzy heights of 4 .
Buster aka  bullet , clown and longnose , came to me with a collar and a bag of food no paperwork or vets info about jabs  but settled in with my old staffie girl -even though she did not want play tear up the garden grass ,she has now gone to the doggy park in the sky ,,still miss her xx
Buster was great with other dogs for 2 years and then got set upon by 2 dogs off there lead ,consequence cant be let off lead now unless hes on his own ,some people have no idea about letting dogs run at a breed like these . the road was hard and lots of latin phrases  >:( were uttered
but hes good as gold now and is definitely a blokes dog ,and  still swimms with the front crawl around  the carpet every morning ,has  his head fits with a dentastick around the garden for 5 mins befor eating it  but wouldnt part with him .
3 years have flown by and hes part of the norm -for me and other bullie owners will tell you the same ,never a dull moment .

He is just gorgeous, what a stunner ;D ;D i have changed your status so you can post anywhere in the forum and also added Buster as your avatar ;) feel free to change it if you want.

My rescue Archie is also dog aggressive, he experienced his best friend a JRT being almost killed by a big mixed breed dog and it changed him, he is better with female dogs but I dont let him off lead with any dogs around.  He was very respectful of my old rescue bullie Lucy when she was with us  :( and he adores my friend's JRT, Sally, who he walks with everyday when I am at work during the week. We spend early morning weekend walks at Ashdown forest so they can both be off lead and have a good run together without bumping into other dogs :P

Buster is a stunning looking lad. Welcome to you both, I have 4 bullies, 2 boys, Dukie and Suggs (both tris) and 2 girls, Jessy and Daisy, ( both white with colour on ears) all 4 are rescues. Tis a mad house here but wouldn't have it any other way.

Wow what a handsome lad, we are lucky to have little Louie as our rescue bully, he's been with us about 18 months and he's just the centre of our world
